About Cedarline
Inspectors who explain homes in plain language, so every client knows exactly what they are buying.
Reports ordinary homeowners can actually understand
Cedarline was founded in 2011 by two former building contractors who had watched too many buyers receive inspection reports full of jargon and disclaimers. They believed a report should read like advice from a knowledgeable friend, not a legal document, so they started a company built around clarity.
Fifteen years later that idea still guides every visit. Our twelve certified inspectors photograph everything, rank every finding by urgency, and stay on the phone for thirty days after each report to answer follow-up questions.
Three promises on every visit
Thorough
Every system, every visit: roof to foundation, attic to crawl space, following the same detailed checklist each time.
Independent
We sell no repairs and take no referral fees, so our findings carry no conflicts of interest of any kind.
Clear
A plain-language report with photos and priorities, written so a first-time buyer can act on it with confidence.
